How It Works

This section of our website outlines our simple ordering procedure, which begins when you submit an inquiry or place an order. When you click on submit an inquiry or place an order, you are automatically directed to the order page for you to key in your personal details (e.g., your email address) and your order details. The details you submit should be as clear as possible so as to reduce our correspondence with you and deliver your completed order without any hitches. When your order’s details are clear, chances are you will not set the order on revision, saving time for both you and our annotated bibliography experts.

We will create an account for you using the details you shared. You can then keep track of your order’s progress, send additional details, or communicate with your assigned expert through the account. Here is a brief summary of what you can do when you log in to your account:

  1. Upload additional resources or materials for your annotated bibliography and track the order’s status from the time it is assigned to an expert to the time it is delivered and approved.
  2. Place a new order or inquiry.
  3. Access your account history, such as past orders/activity.
  4. Chat directly with your assigned expert or the support staff.

At any given time, your order will have one of the following statuses:

  1. Inquiry: An order bears this status as soon as you submit an inquiry.
  2. Waiting for Payment: An order has this status if its payment is yet to be received. This may be because your payment was not completed when placing the order or because additional tasks that require extra payment were requested from the expert.
  3. Looking for a Writer: Once payment is received, our system searches and matches you with the most-suitable annotated bibliography expert. During this search, an order bears this status.
  4. In Progress: This is the status for an order that has been assigned to an expert, who immediately starts working on the order.
  5. Checking for Plagiarism: To ascertain that the completed order has 0% plagiarism, we check it for plagiarism using our state-of-the-art plagiarism software. It is at this stage that the order will bear this status.
  6. Delivered: After the order is verified to be 100% plagiarism-free, we will upload to your order page a preview in PDF format for you to check and confirm it meets your expectations. At this stage, the order is marked as “Delivered.” You cannot edit the PDF document, and neither can you print nor copy it. If you would like the work to be revised, you can send a request. If you are satisfied with the work, you can approve it.
  7. Revision in Progress: This is the status your order bears when you request a revision. The annotated bibliography expert will revise it as per our Revision Policy.
  8. Approved: If you approve the preview version of your order, this status is displayed. You can confirm that you are content with the work's quality by clicking the "Approve" button on the order page. The order will also be automatically set to this status if it remains on 'Delivered' status for 14 days without any action from you. After approval, you can still submit a revision request within 7 days. However, any revisions requested after 7 days since approval will need to be placed as new orders.
  9. Dispute: If you are not happy with the quality of the work delivered, you can request a revision. This will be done for free in line with our policy on revisions, or you can ask that your order be allocated to a new annotated bibliography expert. The order can also be placed on “Dispute” status upon your request. The dispute resolution department will take up the matter. However, before submitting a dispute request, kindly go through our Money-Back Guarantee Policy.
  10. Canceled: If you request to cancel your order, this status is displayed. Refunds are only issued in accordance with our Money-Back Guarantee Policy. We can also cancel your order where there are valid reasons, for instance, if you do not respond to our messages after submitting an inquiry.

If you have any questions or comments about our ordering procedure, contact us using our communication channels, which include email, phone calls, or messaging. Our support staff is on standby to guide you.
